Welcome to Dunolly

Rich in history and located in Victoria's Central Goldfields Dunolly is home to a small yet dynamic community.

It is famed for gold, grain, the stunning Box and Ironbark forest which was home to the Jaara Jaara people for thousands of years, productive farmland, vineyards, olive groves, art and cycling - but there's always more to experience.

Dunolly is situated in the Central Goldfields Shire just 2 hours from Melbourne and 50 mins from Bendigo on the traditional lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people who called the area Lia Kurri Barr meaning 'the creek where the grey kangaroo eats'.

Take a virtual tour through the website to sample some of the marvellous activities and events on offer in Dunolly.
